Perinatal & Pediatric Specialists Medical Group, Inc.

In the summer of 1995, a group of pediatric sub-specialists joined together in Sacramento, California to form a multi-specialty medical and surgical practice team to serve the healthcare needs of children in Northern California.

Today this group is known as Children’s Specialists Medical Group of Sacramento, Inc. (CSMGS) and provides comprehensive services in the specialties of Pediatric Critical Care, Neonatology, and Pediatric Cardiology.

Through its network 20 plus clinics and affiliation with over 25 hospitals, Children’s Specialists Medical Group of Sacramento is capable of serving patients in new and creative modes of care delivery. The care provided by physician and staff is based on a model of preventive medicine, community needs and building supportive relationships with local health care providers.

The group’s Quality Management Program is based on continuous quality improvement though the most current medical research methods and treatments that will enhance the children’s quality of life. Pediatric care requires special attention for special kids. Children have different health care needs, which are different from adults. The physicians at Children’s Specialists Medical Group of Sacramento are Board Certified and have received specialized training in caring for children.

Perinatal Associates of Sacramento

In June of 2006 Perinatal Associates of Sacramento was formed. Children’s Specialists Medical Group was pleased to announce the development of an adult medicine group specializing in the management of high risk pregnancies. The physicians of Perinatal Associates of Sacramento work closely with the other physicians of Children’s Specialists Medical Group of Sacramento to provide first class care for mother and their babies in a comprehensive care approach.
